What types of personal data does it detect?
Full names, ID numbers (DNI, NIE, passport), email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, IBANs, Social Security numbers, dates of birth and license plates. The system is continuously updated to improve detection.
What happens to my documents after processing?
They are stored encrypted and you can configure auto-deletion (24h, 48h, 72h, 7 days or custom). Once the period expires, files are irreversibly destroyed.
Is the anonymization 100% perfect?
Our system achieves over 95% accuracy on Spanish documents. We recommend human review for especially sensitive documents. Detection improves continuously with each model update.
Is it GDPR compliant?
The tool facilitates compliance by allowing you to anonymize personal data quickly and systematically. Servers are in the European Union and documents have configurable auto-deletion.
Does it work with scanned documents or images?
Yes. The Professional plan and above includes OCR (optical character recognition) that extracts text from images and scanned PDFs to anonymize them.
